Biography
Argiro is a co-founder and co-manager of the practice. She is an Attorney-at-Law admitted before the Court of Appeal and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Argiro has extensive experience in handling a wide range of cases in criminal law, asylum and international protection, family reunification, residence permits for immigrants, and Golden Visa applications. She provides specialized, reliable, and client-focused legal services to third-country nationals and European citizens. She has participated as a speaker in scientific lectures and legal conferences and has successfully handled complex legal matters, including: Managing criminal cases at all stages, from preliminary investigation through trial and appeal proceedings, with a strong emphasis on the effective protection of clients’ rights. Representing clients in asylum and international protection cases, as well as family reunification procedures, before the competent administrative and judicial authorities. Advising on and successfully completing procedures for the acquisition of Greek citizenship by third-country nationals. Handling residence permit applications through permanent investment in real estate (Golden Visa), in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
