Biography

Ariadni is a co-founder and co-manager of the practice. She is an Attorney-at-Law admitted before the Supreme Court and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2014. She advises and represents, on both a regular and project basis, a wide range of companies and self-employed professionals across sectors including construction, consulting, advertising, real estate, leasing, catering, hotels, and restaurants. She has substantial experience in dispute resolution and litigation before civil, criminal, and administrative courts. To date, she has successfully handled numerous civil, commercial, criminal, and administrative cases. Her practice focuses on real estate investment and development, lease agreements, construction and projects, corporate, commercial, and competition law, residence permits through permanent investment in real estate (Golden Visa), and dispute resolution. She acts as a legal advisor to companies and self-employed individuals. She specializes in civil and commercial law, with significant experience in corporate law, real estate & Lease law, and civil and administrative disputes.
